Husband and wife team, Tim and Anna Dover extend a warm welcome to you at The Roost Restaurant. This intimate little restaurant is open for breakfasts, lunches and weekend evening meals. Teas, coffees and superb home-baking are also available throughout the day. There is an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients and everything served is proudly produced in-house by chef proprietor Tim Dover.
Lunches are fairly casual at The Roost, whilst dinners are more elaborate in style of cookery. Tim draws on skills gained in many years experience as a professional chef in prestigious restaurants in Scotland and abroad. Tim uses interesting ingredients and flavour combinations to create a very memorable dining experience. |
