Situated in the beautiful garden city of Perth and awarded Best Urban Restaurant at Scottish Restaurant Awards 2010, you will be warmly welcomed to the new Opus One restaurant, furnished in a contemporary style that is comfortable and chic, with a friendly yet polished service.
A part of the New County Hotel, Opus One has 2 AA Rosettes and specialises in creating dishes with a French twist, made with local produce. Head Chef Romi Denesle has worked in numerous Michelin starred restaurants, and is meticulous in his culinary skill, using only the finest and freshest seasonal produce. Opus One - meaning “First Work” or “first masterpiece of a composer”, is also the name of one of the world’s finest wines, a Napa Valley wine from the joint partnership of Baron Phillippe de Rothschild and Robert Mondavi. The production of this wine is done so with particular care, and the restaurant is pleased to offer it as their signature wine. |
Opening Times: Open from Tuesday to Saturday. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00. Dinner is served from 18:30 to 21:00. |
