| Overlooking Perth’s South Inch Park, No 1 The Bank offers a varied menu with an emphasis on using local fresh produce in the dishes. As one of two dining experiences under one roof, this bistro is the more informal of the two, with no fuss, just good food and friendly efficient service. The food, prepared by Graeme Pallister and his team, consists of high quality dishes prepared in rustic but elegant style. Pre-dinner drinks can be taken in the bar whilst you are making your selection and you can take it easy on the terrace in the summer. Private dining is also available for a minimum of 10 diners.
